I built Access Genius because the work of the second act deserves more than generic life coaching and motivational content. The people who come to this work are intelligent, experienced, and deeply honest with themselves. They do not need to be inspired. They need a precise framework and the right container to do something real with what they already know.
My work is built around a concept I call Innate Genius. It is the particular intelligence each person carries that, when excavated and expressed, becomes the foundation of their most meaningful contribution and a deeply fulfilling life. I have developed a framework for naming it, clearing what is in its way, and building a life around it. That framework is what the programs are built on.
